PNUT, the Practical Nutrition Company was created with the whole family in mind. My mom and I decided that once we made it through our healing journey we would start a nutrition company that not only served all members of the family, but would be easily accessible. We decided on our product line up by simplifying all the things that we had used along our healing journey. We believe that food is your medicine, and the body can self correct if you give it what it needs. All of our products are wholefoods, or food based supplements carefully sourced and chosen based on their unique healing properties. Our products were specifically chosen because they help combat the effects of free radical damage caused from being exposed to chemicals, radiation, 5G, and nutrient dead food sources.
